The tour of Dr Bevan Morris, President of Maharishi University of Management, celebrating the Golden Jubilee of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's knowledge and programmes in Africa, began in late January. Following the success of his stay in Ghana, Dr Morris went on to Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, and Senegal.

In Côte d'Ivoire, Dr Morris was hosted by Dr Pauline Moskall, who has been teaching the Transcendental Meditation Programme there for over 30 years. In April 1975 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, Dr Moskall was present at Maharishi's historic inauguration of the Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment for Africa (see New knowledge series celebrates Maharishi's gift of Total Knowledge for Africa).
