Victory Day 24 October 2012 Celebrating 'a continuum of eternal victory, that is the reality of life' - Maharishi
The Global Country of World Peace held its annual celebration of Victory Day, the festival of Vijaya Dashami, in many locations around the world. People in many countries also enjoyed a webcast of the special celebration by international leaders of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU, Holland, and at the Capital of World Peace in the Brahmasthan (auspicious geographical centre) of India. Victory Day is the day each year in the Vedic calendar that celebrates the victory of administration based on total Natural Law, the Constitution of the Universe, to promote an ideal, invincible state of life in which 'suffering belongs to no one'. Wednesday's celebration in Holland took place in a gathering of teachers and administrators of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's programmes, including Transcendental Meditation, in countries around the world. Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, honoured by Maharishi as first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, participated via videoconference. (read more) |
