As initial start-up costs that included the necessary infrastructure- like energy, solar panels, a pontoon for safe landing, etc.- have been covered, expansion expenses will be more reasonable.

The building has 18 single rooms with bath. Expansion plans start with three smaller buildings providing another 18 rooms. With infrastructure costs such as energy, water lines, and a shipping dock now covered, additions will be more affordable.
