Dr Travis spoke with an EEG demonstrator, upper right, who was pleased to see how coherent her brain waves were. In Berlin, lower right, Dr Travis spoke at a meditation and science conference on optimal brain functioning, buffering the effects of stress, and improving creativity.

In Luebeck at a 'new age' fair, Dr Travis spoke to an audience of over 100 people who expressed interest in spirituality, and appreciated how Transcendental Meditation is different from other methods of meditation. Later he spoke with the woman who had demonstrated EEG (upper right photo). She was pleased to see the high coherence of her own brain waves. In Berlln, (lower right photo) Dr Travis spoke about optimal brain functioning at a meditation and science conference where he explained that TM buffers the effects of stress and improves creativity.
